This recruitment drive invites Engineering Diploma holders from across India for 100 Technician Apprentice posts in various engineering disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment:  

1. Educational Qualification 

  •  A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full-time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education is established by the State Government in the relevant discipline.
  •  A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) granted by a University in a relevant discipline.
  •  A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or the Central Government as equivalent to the above. 

2. Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 24 years
  • Age will be calculated as of 30.11.2025
Relaxations:
  • SC/ST → +5 years (up to 29 years)
  • OBC (NCL) → +3 years (up to 27 years)
  • PwBD → +10 years (extended for SC/ST/OBC accordingly)

3. Selection Process:

  • Selection will be purely merit-based.
  • Merit will be calculated based on the percentage of marks in the diploma qualification.
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive communication through their registered email ID.
  • No written exam, no interview.
